Southwest Tulsa, south and west of the Arkansas River has more industrial and commercial areas compared to the suburban areas north and east of the river.
The area is bordered by the towns of Sapulpa to the southwest and Glenpool to the south and is home to Richard L. Jones, Jr. Airport (RVS), Tulsa's second airport as well as to several golf courses.
